Q: How do I buy a tablet online?

Go through these simple steps once you have selected a tablet:

  • Choose your preferred colour and capacity
  • Choose your desired price plan
  • Select any add-ons or accessories to go with your tablet
Step 3: Checkout
You are almost done with your purchase once you complete these steps:

  • Select your payment method and billing address
  • Choose your delivery date and delivery address

An order confirmation will be sent to your email after your order is completed.

  • You need to have a OnePass account with us in order to make a purchase online. If you do not have a OnePass account, simply register for one here. With an account, you may login to find out if you are eligible for any additional discounts.
  • For online security reasons, please complete your purchase within 15 minutes after you have logged in.
  • You will be able to trade-in your 'old' device online. Select the model of the device for trade-in before you check out. The trade-in value of your 'old' device will be offset from the final Singtel bill.
  • You will be prompted to select your preferred delivery date, time slot and mode of payment to allow us to process your order and payment.
  • All tablet prices and free gifts are based on a 2-year Mobile BroadBand plan and are applicable to customers on all postpaid Combo Mobile BroadBand price plans, unless otherwise stated. Tablet offers and free gifts are while stocks last. Tablet prices, free gifts and promotions displayed are applicable for online purchase through only.
  • Penalties or early termination fees apply for downgrade or termination of plans.
  • Minors, under 21 years of age, can only apply for one line with each equipment purchase.
  • New customers, who do not already hold an existing account with Singtel, can apply for a maximum of 2 lines only with each equipment purchase.

Q: Can I trade-in my mobile phone or tablet online?

  • Yes, you can trade-in your existing device to offset the price of your new device. To do so, simply add your trade-in device model once you are on the Order Summary page.

Q: Can I sign up for a Mobile BroadBand plan without purchasing a tablet online?

  • No, you have to purchase a tablet on a 24-month contract if you would like to sign up for a Mobile BroadBand plan on currently. You can visit our Mobile BroadBand portal if you would like to have a standalone Mobile BroadBand plan without a purchasing a tablet.

Q: Can I sign up for Mobile BroadBand add-ons online?

  • We do not cater for Mobile BroadBand add-ons in our purchase journey. You can sign up for your preferred Mobile BroadBand add-ons through the Singtel My Account app after you have received your new tablet.

Q: How do I make payment?

  • All prices displayed in are in Singapore Dollars (S$).

  • For the payment of the device, you may choose to pay by cash, NETS or Credit cards (MasterCard or Visa issued by a local bank).

  • If you are required to pay a deposit, please select either "Cash On Delivery" or "NETS" payment option. The amount will be collected by our delivery staff at the point of delivery.

  • For cash payment, please prepare the exact amount when the tablet is delivered to designated delivery address. Our delivery staff generally do not carry spare change.

  • For NETS payment, please pay upon the delivery of your new tablet through the NETS terminal provided by our delivery staff.

  • Credit card (MasterCard or Visa issued by a local bank) payment will be processed through an online payment gateway.

Q: Is it safe to buy online?

Q: How do I activate my new SIM card?

For re-contracting customers who changed their SIM card(s). Your SIM card activation date will be set 1 day after your delivery date.

If you need further assistance on the activation of your SIM card, please call 6509 3088 Mondays through Fridays (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) between 9am to 6pm.

Q: What if the device I have received is faulty?

For faulty tablets except iPads purchased at, please contact our After-sales Assistance hotline at 6509 3088 (Between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) within 7 days of receiving your device to arrange for one-to-one exchange.

Q: Can I sign up for a Mobile BroadBand plan online if I am a foreigner?

You can sign up for a Mobile BroadBand service with tablet purchase if you have one of the following identification passes:

•  Employment Pass •  Student Pass
•  S Pass Card •  Dependent Pass


  • You will be required to submit a scanned copy of your identification pass for verification during the checkout process.

  • If you are an Employment Pass holder and want to sign up for a 2-year Mobile BroadBand contract, please ensure that your identification pass have a validity of at least 6 months from date of purchase.

  • If you are a S Pass holder and want to sign up for a 2-year Mobile BroadBand contract, please ensure that your identification pass have a validity of at least 6 months from date of purchase.

  • If you are a Student or Dependent Pass holder and want to sign up for a 2-year mobile contract, please ensure that your identification pass have a validity of at least 12 months from date of purchase.

Youth Plan Subscibers

Q: Can I sign up for a Youth Plan online?

Sorry, we do not cater for Mobile BroadBand Youth Plan sign ups online. If you are an existing Mobile BroadBand Youth Plan subscriber, your current plan will be converted to the listed monthly subscription if you choose to re-contract online.
If you would like to retain your existing benefits, please call 1609 to speak to our sales agent. Do note that offers available may differ.

Underage (Below 18 years old) Subscibers

Q: If I am underage (below 18 years old), am I able to sign up online?

As an underage subscriber below the age of 18, you are eligible to sign up for a Mobile BroadBand plan with Singtel if you have a Sponsor to sign any legally binding contract. Your Sponsor will be deemed responsible for you.


  • Your Sponsor must be at least 21 years old and is a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

  • You will be required to submit your Sponsor's personal details and a scanned copy of your Sponsor's NRIC during the checkout process.

  • Your Sponsor must produce his/her original NRIC and be present to sign the documents at the point of delivery.

Q: What is tablet top-up?

Tablet top-up is a great way for you to own the latest tablets. With a low one-time payment and monthly tablet top-up of $15/month, it’s now easier for you to get your hands on the latest tablets without paying a high upfront cost. You can conveniently pay for the tablet top-up through your monthly Singtel bill.

Q: When will I receive my package after I made my tablet purchase online?

The delivery date is dependent on the delivery slots available at the point of purchase - it can be as early as the next day, or up to four days from the day you place the order. The delivery service is available within Singapore only and from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Q: Can I request for my package to be delivered to a different address from my billing address?

Yes, you can. In <Step 2 Delivery Details> of the checkout process, you have the option to enter a delivery address that is different from your billing address.

Q: What if I am not around to collect my device?

  • You may authorise another person to receive your device delivery on your behalf. This person must be at least 21 years old.

  • The following documents must be produced for verification by our delivery staff:

    -  Letter of Authorisation (Download form here. Acrobat Reader is required.)
    -  Your original NRIC
    -  Your appointed person's original NRIC

Q: What if I missed the delivery?

If you fail to receive the delivery of your device, the delivery staff will leave a note at the delivery address. You can contact them to arrange for another delivery date and time.

If you fail to receive the second delivery, you will have to pay S$15.00 (inclusive of GST) for the third delivery attempt. Our delivery staff will collect this amount at the point of delivery.

Signing up for a Singtel OnePass account

Q: What is Singtel OnePass?

Singtel OnePass is a single online identity (login) and password that allows you to make purchases on as well as to access various Singtel websites seamlessly (i.e. My Account, Singtel Rewards, Singtel myBill). You may sign up for a Singtel OnePass account here.

Q: What is my Singtel OnePass ID?

Your Singtel OnePass ID can be your preferred contactable mobile number (Singtel or non-Singtel registered number) or email address.

Q: Can I sign up for more than one Singtel OnePass?

Each customer can only register for 1 Singtel OnePass for all the Singtel services registered under his/her NRIC or FIN.

Q: Can I change my mobile number and/or email address used for Singtel OnePass?

You may update your mobile number and/or email address that is linked to your Singtel OnePass at Manage your OnePass page here.

Q: I have forgotten my OnePass login details. How do I reset my OnePass ID or password?

Q: Can I still make purchases with my account?

All accounts will be terminated with effect from May 2016. You are encouraged to upgrade your account to a Singtel OnePass account. This can be done by verifying your email address when you log in from your account. Upon a successful upgrade of your account, your personal records held under will also be discarded in compliance with PDPA. To make a purchase, please log in using your Singtel OnePass account.     3. The device must be able to power on and Phone Lock must be disabled;
    4. LCD display screen must be intact, and not damaged, scratched or cracked;
    5. Text displayed on the LCD screen must not be segmented;
    6. Customer must back-up and/or erase all applications, contacts and personal data including but not limited to personal information, photos, videos, messages and/or passwords before trading-in the device. Singtel Mobile will not accept any liability for loss of personal data recorded in the trade-in device; and
    7. The courier reserves the right to reject trade-ins which do not meet the above criteria at the point of delivery.

  • Trade-ins are applicable only with the purchase of tablets (for selected models only) and there will be no refund of differences in trade-in value, if any.

  • Singtel is not responsible for any loss of data due to trade-in and is not liable for backing up or recovering data for the customer.

  • Singtel reserves the right to cancel any completed transaction without any notice to the customer.
