Multi-SIM customers are not able to enjoy Singtel 4G ClearVoice service. To enjoy 4G ClearVoice on your phone, you may sign up for an additional MobileShare line for your second phone.

How to find your IMSI Number

Your IMSI number is a set of 15 digits that can be found at the back of your SIM card requiring activation.

Step 2 - You will be prompted to key in your mobile number and NRIC number.

Step 3 - Your new SIM card will be activated within 1 hour for a successful activation. Insert your new SIM card into your new device to start using.

Please dial into our hotline to activate your SIM card within 7 days after receiving your device. This service operates for 24 hours and is not available for Business customers.

You are eligible to sign up for a Youth Plan if you are a Student or NSF in Singapore. The following conditions apply,

  • You must be a current student in Singapore and hold a valid Student Pass
  • You can either be a local or foreign student

Conditions for Foreign Students:

  • If you are a foreigner, your Student Pass must have a validity of at least 1 year from the date of purchase, in order to sign up for a 2-year mobile contract. The delivery date is dependent on the delivery slots available at the point of purchase - it can be as early as the next day, or up to four days from the day you place the order. Yes, you can. In <Step 2 Delivery Details> of the checkout process, you have the option to enter a delivery address that is different from your billing address.

  • You may authorise another person to receive your device delivery on your behalf. This person must be at least 21 years old.
  • The following documents must be produced for verification by our delivery staff:

    • Your appointed person's original NRIC
  • If you fail to receive the delivery of your device, the delivery staff will leave a note at the delivery address. You can contact them to arrange for another delivery date and time.
  • If you fail to receive the second delivery, you will have to pay S$15.00 (inclusive of GST) for the third delivery attempt. Our delivery staff will collect this amount at the point of delivery.

All new Singtel customers are required to present their identify cards for authentication purposes. This will be done during delivery when you present your identification card to our friendly delivery staff for verification.
We need our delivery staff to ensure that the trade-in handset is the same model that was indicated in your order. Therefore, orders with trade-ins devices are not eligible to opt for self-collection.
Your order can be picked up at your selected POPStation on your chosen date during check out. You will receive an email and SMS between 2pm and 6pm on the collection day when your order is ready for pick up.

Yes, you can trade-in your old phone if you go with collecting your order from the store. Just select the phone model and enter the IMEI number of the phone you are trading in.
No, accessories are not available for collect at store and will be removed from your order. If you would like an accessory with your new phone, our shop staff can assist you with your purchase.
The free gifts that comes with your new phone will be available on a while stocks last basis, subjected to stock availability at the respective stores if you choose to collect your phone from the store.
Please bring along these items with you when you are collecting up your new phone from the store:
  • A copy of your order confirmation email

Full Mobile Number Portability is an enhanced mobile number portability solution that allows you to retain full use of your existing phone number, even when you switch service provider. As such, you will not have to go through the hassle of updating all your contacts on a new number from your new service provider.

Post-paid mobile subscribers can make use of this solution to retain their original phone numbers.

All mobile customers can make use of Full Mobile Number Portability.

Customers need to make sure that they do not terminate their mobile service or that their mobile line has not been suspended to enjoy Full Mobile Number Portability. Otherwise, they may not be able to regain the number that had been given up during the service suspension/termination.

Select New sign-up and choose a phone model and a Combo plan. Under Choose a Number, select "retain your M1/Starhub number" and enter your phone number to check for Port-in eligibility. Click "Continue with your existing number" to proceed with the sign-up.

Typically, it will take one working day to activate the ported number. This means that you will be able to use your existing number on the Singtel Mobile network the next working day once your porting request is submitted.

To switch your M1/Starhub Mobile number over to Singtel Mobile, this process includes de-activation and activation of your number in the old and new mobile operators networks. Depending on the volume of porting requests, the service disruption may take up to three hours.

This service disruption is necessary across all service providers and we endeavour to minimise service disruption when your mobile number is being switched to join Singtel Mobile, for example by carrying out this activity during the off-peak hours such as around midnight.

After porting-in to Singtel Mobile, your ability to receive international SMS/MMS may be dependent on the network configuration of the overseas network operator.

For customers who sign up for a new subscription with Singtel Mobile, Value Added Services (VAS) that are provided by M1/StarHub will be terminated when you port-in to Singtel Mobile. This arrangement will be similar across all service providers.

For other types of VAS and content services that you have subscribed with third party providers, we encourage you to check with them about their arrangements to support Full Mobile Number Portability.

You will receive an SMS notification on the actual day of your mobile number porting. Once you see that your M1/StarHub mobile service has been de-activated, please start using your new Singtel Mobile SIM card.

Conversion of your Personal Line

Here are the guidelines and conversion rates that apply:
Conversion for Friends and Family

As a CIS customer, you can sign up for up to three 24-month CIS mobile lines. Simply transfer their ownership of the line to you at any Singtel Retail Shop in order to convert the line to a Singtel CIS line. Kindly note that a transfer fee of $21.40 applies.

For your convenience, you can choose to have a different billing address for each CIS subscription that is in your name.


Port-in Line

You can switch your mobile line to Singtel and retain the same mobile number by porting in your line from your current provider.

To do so, please do not terminate your existing mobile service. To ensure a successful switch, please clear all outstanding bills and ensure that you do not have any binding contract with the other providers. Find out more here.

Each employee from participating companies can sign a maximum of 3 CIS lines. Singtel reserves the right to reject any application that exceeds the maximum number of CIS lines.
Yes, you are able to re-contract as early as 6 months into your current contract. An Early Handset Upgrade fee between $200 and $500 is applicable, depending on the number of months left on your 24-month mobile contract.

No, a mobile phone purchase with a 24-month contract is required to sign up for a Singtel CIS plan.
Yes, you can. If you have signed up for the Fibre Entertainment Bundle+, you will be able to enjoy mobile benefits of bundling. This means that your CIS line can be included in the bundle (of up to 5 mobile lines) to enjoy savings on the non-CIS mobile subscriptions. However, the CIS line cannot be nominated as the key line to enjoy the early handset upgrade.
Singtel OnePass is a single online identity (login) and password that allows you to make purchases on Singtelshop.com as well as to access various Singtel websites seamlessly (i.e. My Account, Singtel Rewards, Singtel myBill). You may sign up for a Singtel OnePass account here.
Your Singtel OnePass ID can be your preferred contactable mobile number (Singtel or non-Singtel registered number) or email address.

  • Mobile phones and tablets for trade-in will only be accepted if they fulfil the following criteria:
    1. No cosmetic damage(s) to the device;
    2. The equipment traded in must include the device's transceiver, charger, battery, original accessories such as data cable and MMC cards (if applicable);
    3. The device must be able to power on and Phone Lock must be disabled;
    4. LCD display screen must be intact, and not damaged, scratched or cracked;
    5. Text displayed on the LCD screen must not be segmented;
    6. Customer must back-up and/or erase all applications, contacts and personal data including but not limited to personal information, photos, videos, messages and/or passwords before trading-in the mobile phone. Singtel Mobile will not accept any liability for loss of personal data recorded in the trade-in device; and
    7. The courier reserves the right to reject trade-ins which do not meet the above criteria at the point of delivery.
  • Trade-ins are applicable only with the purchase of mobile phones and tablets (for selected models only) and there will be no refund of differences in trade-in value, if any.
  • Singtel is not responsible for any loss of data due to trade-in and is not liable for backing up or recovering data for the customer.
  • Singtel reserves the right to cancel any completed transaction without any notice to the customer.
  • Existing Singtel customers who have completed 6 months or more but less than 21 months of their existing contract will be subject to an early upgrade surcharge should they wish to upgrade their mobile phones, unless otherwise stated.

  • Students and Full time NS men holding 11B identity card may apply under their own name.
  • Customers between 7 to 18 years old are eligible to apply for a mobile line and can register with Singtelshop.com as a member. They will be required to upload their sponsor / guarantor's documents.
  • For customers holding a Foreign Identification Card or Pass and would like to subscribe to a Youth Plan, the Student Pass (issued by ICA - Immigration & Checkpoints Authority) must have a validity of minimum 1 year (from the date of equipment upgrade).
  • Full time NS men must be 25 years or below to be eligible to sign up for a Youth Plan.
  • Each Student Pass or 11B Identity Card is only allowed to sign up for one (1) Youth Plan.
  • Customers must scan their Student Pass or 11B and attach it with the online form.
  • Please do not attach other (i.e Children/Friends/Siblings etc.) Students Passes or 11B Identity Cards on their behalf if they are not the registered subscriber for the mobile line.
  • The original Student Pass or 11B Identity Card will be verified upon delivery.
  • Singtelshop.com reserves the right to cancel any order if the Student Pass or 11B Identity Card uploaded does not belong to the registered subscriber.
  • Unlimited SMS/MMS, Campus/Camp calls and 1GB local data (promotional for Combo2 and Combo3 plans) are free for 24 months from the date of sign up. Thereafter, these benefits shall cease upon expiry of the promotional period.
  • Unlimited SMS/MMS is capped at 10,000 local SMS/MMS. Excess charges apply thereafter. Fair Usage policies applies.
  • Free Campus/Camp calls are capped at 200 local call minutes ($30/month) at Campus/Camp zones. Airtime deduction will follow the following sequence:
